Mike Marsh (St.Louis Blues). WCFHL GM since 2004.
Mike Marsh joined the WCFHL in 2004 and promptly started to put together a Stanley Cup Contender. For several years his Blues team was a perennial contender in the WCFHL ... until the 2009/2010 season in which he started a rebuild process. A process that is almost over.
